Balm for the Sin Sick Soul

 

This is an ointment given to me just recently.  I am hoping it will help heal my Plantar Fascitis.  Jeremiah 46:11 also talks about a balm, a balm found in Gilead.

Peace in the Midst of it All!

 “If you are depressed you are living in the past if you are anxious you are living in the future, if you are at peace, you are living in the present.” —Lao Tzu

That is a quote I can really use these days. Lately my days have been studded with anxiety: wondering about the future, feeling alone. I need to be more intentional about living in the moment and leaving the results to God!

"You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you."

--Isaiah 26:3
